One is the back office Aventum provides to its clients, small home service businesses such as handymen and contractors. Each business gets its own private copy, used by the owner and their team. One:
- Answers new leads by text and gathers the details of the job.
- Drafts estimates from the business's own price book. The owner approves every price before it's sent.
- Offers appointment times and books jobs. With the owner's permission, it reads their Google Calendar's busy times so it never double-books, and adds booked jobs to that calendar.
- Sends appointment reminders and job updates, and asks for a review after the job.
- With the owner's permission, reads their Google Business Profile reviews and matches them to customers.
- With the owner's permission, sends emails to their customers from the owner's own Gmail address.
